“There are a lot of things we loved about living here, especially the location, which was near enough to walk to the Outlets and downtown (Oxbow), and close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough away that you don’t hear it.
The off-street location was quiet and safe, and we found our neighbors to be helpful and friendly but very quiet and respectful of our privacy.
The unit is spacious, offers tons of closet space and the design elements, fixtures and light blocking curtains are very attractive.
We enjoyed good heating in the winter, great water pressure and new double pane windows that kept it cool in the summer and kept out all critters (unlike some other older homes we have lived in).
We didn’t have many problems, but the landlords were prompt about fixing anything we needed.
Great price, great location, quiet…what more could you want? “
