This is a newer construction 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. It is right next to the neighborhood park and a couple minutes walking distance to the new charter school that was just built. There is a therapeutic massage hot tub in the backyard. All amenities in house are new since 2018 and house will be professionally deep cleaned when moved out. Owners do not live on-site. Renter is responsible for PG&E, water and garbage. Owner provides fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Pets are allowed with fee of $25 extra per month for each pet. Absolutely no smoking allowed. 1 year lease is required.
