Description

This is a short term month to month term rental agreement. It is a single level end unit next to city park open space area in southwest Napa. The unit have been painted except for bathrooms, new carpet in the bedrooms, new wood flooring in living room, dining area and hallway. New corian kitchen countertops and stainless sink have been installed. There is one carport space and one open space provided. Water paid. No pets please.
