All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application and are subject to the $55/adult application fee. Crown Realty Property Management practices equal opportunity housing & does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, handicap, veteran or military status, genetic information, medical condition, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status.
Each Applicant, not subject to Rental Subsidy Law SB 267, shall have their credit rating verified.
Each applicant will have their employment and source of income verified. We require that the applicants’ combined income be 3 times the amount of monthly rent.
Crown Realty Property Management acts as agent for different property owners who may maintain different minimum credit and application criteria. Be sure to review the property listing to verify the particular credit and rental application criteria of any specific rental listing. The stated application requirements of each rental listing supersedes any other stated minimum standards.
We maintain a flexible application process that is intended to help applicants find their ideal home. Applications are reviewed for creditworthiness, rental history, personal references, and other criteria as may be stated in each rental listing. Consistent with CA Civ. C. 1950.5, any applicant who has paid an application screening fee but is not selected will be refunded within 7 days of the selection of a tenant, or 30 days after the application date. Alternatively, applicants not selected for their first choice of home may choose to keep their application active for up to 90 days from the date of their initial application, and apply for other listings during the 90-day active application period.

Jot down the addresses of properties that catch your eye and take a drive by for an initial glimpse.
Submit tour request form
After you've found your favorites, mark them for a tour request and then submit it.
Make viewing appointment
The property manager will reach out to you in order to schedule an appointment.
Submit application and fee
When you have found your match, submit your application and fee.
Process and signing
It will take us 3-5 business days to process your application, and then it's time to sign your lease.
