Randy Gularte

Broker/Owner

The Broker/Owner of both Crown Realty Property Management and Heritage Sotheby's International Realty, Randy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1976. Randy also holds CRB, CRS, and GRI designations as well as a Bachelor in Business with a minor in Real Estate from California State University Sacramento. Randy works the real estate market from single-family homes, condos, land and ranches to commercial sales of any size. He also acts as a consultant in the processes of land acquisition, city approvals, and the marketing and handling of subdivisions (new homes, condos, PUD’s, land & lots residential).

Kimi Blaine

Kimi Blaine began her career in the logistics export/import industry for 10 years as an Export/Import special projects supervisor for the Port of Oakland. Which comes with great multitasking skills, management skills, then ventured off to a local restoration franchise to be closer to home and her family. Which started her in outside sales for SERVPRO she became very well known in Vacaville, Fairfield and throughout Solano County. Kimi is also an Ambassador for the local Chamber of Commerce, a member of Rotary and several other local organizations throughout Solano County.

Tanner Bushby

A licensed Property Manager/REALTOR ®, Tanner received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and then spent several years at an investment firm in San Francisco as an Investment Counselor. Beginning in the mortgage industry, he spent many years as a loan broker and transitioned into Residential, Commercial and Home Owners Association Property Management. He is also a Certified Community Association Manager specializing in Community Association law, financial management, association operations, communications and ethics. Member of the California Apartment Association.

Having grown up immersed in real estate, and now working as a third generation broker in the Napa Valley, she is an expert in management of single-family and multi-family residential housing. Danielle is also a member of the California Apartment Association, NAR, CAR, NorBAR and holds Bachelors Degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
